Gill Brabner established Resound Training and Development Ltd. in 2004 and quickly established a strong track record of delivering high-impact, immersive learning using forum theatre, coaching, action learning, and peer review.
Resound provides Level 5 and Level 3 Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership qualifications.
Since 2014 Gill and her team of actors have been creating videos depicting real-life work stories for training programmes, and as stand-alone digital content that clients use to support their management development. Gill is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and gained her MSc in Digital Education from the University of Edinburgh in 2020.
